CME plans as early as the fourth quarter to introduce futures contracts with expirations specific to the day. 

For example, if a December 2003 contract is a standard monthly contract, then a December 17th, 2003 contract is a future with expiration specific to the day.  Such futures contracts would be analogous to currently traded flex options, which also have expirations specific to the day.

Other than having expirations specific to the day, such futures will in all respects be treated like any other futures contract.
